We have not left after the event has finished.
By that time Sword Security may even have retained a local base, but the biggest legacy we have to offer the organizing committee is that we leave behind thousands of trained skilled crowd managers and security staff, who are proud of their performance, who have grown to understand crowds without forgetting crowds consist of individuals. We will have coached them through the entire event in a modern and positive way. We will have helped the local community by employing and paying local people, by supporting local charities and sporting initiatives. Our local staff will be the people who will be saying to their children “I was there” and say it with pride!
